Background of the issue:
I have translated the page link oculto from the original link oculto. I have also translated the header and page template using Translation management. The homepage header is static and works perfectly, but I am using a header and single page template for other pages.

Symptoms:
The header does not appear for the NL version of the page.

Questions:
Why does the header not appear for the NL version of the page?
