[Resolvido] Prepaid translation credits not showing on site

Hi, I bought translation credits, but they don't show on the site. I've been through the support article here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/why-credits-may-be-missing-and-how-to-fix-it/

We have been working on a staging version of the site, and recently overwrote the live site with the staging version. So I think the site may need reconnecting, but I'm not sure.

I hope you can help. Attached screenshot shows the translation credits in WPML.org
