Background of the issue:
I am experiencing a translation issue on my site link oculto. I have translated the main pages into English and Simplified Chinese, but some content isn't reflecting the translations correctly. Several sections of the pages are built using templates with JEG Elementor elements, and these sections are not translating properly. Additionally, the menu contains empty submenus with custom links that are not being translated or synced across languages.

Symptoms:
JEG Elementor elements are not translating properly on specific pages, and custom menu links are not being translated or synced across languages.

Questions:
Are JEG Elementor elements fully compatible with WPML, and is there a specific process to translate them?
