The client is experiencing multiple issues: 1) their domain thepulsecure.com is redirecting to pulskuren.no, 2) they encounter an error stating "Sorry, you are not allowed to preview drafts" when trying to review a translated post, and 3) the language switcher is only showing the Norwegian language.
Solution: We recommend the following steps:
1) Clear the cache of the website, both from website plugins and from the server.
2) Set the Language URL format to "A different domain per language" in WPML settings.
3) Flush the permalinks by going to wp-admin -> Settings -> Permalinks and clicking save. 4) Enable the option "Auto sign-in and sign-out users from all domains" in WPML -> Languages -> Language URL format, and make sure to log out and then log in again after.
Additionally, we suggest increasing the WP memory limit to at least 128MB, as per WPML's minimum requirements.
Also, we noticed from the debug info that the client was using multiple plugins related to caching:
- LiteSpeed Cache, Object Cache Pro, WP OPcache
We recommend disabling all non-essential plugins and clearing the server cache to check if the problem still occurs in a minimal setup. Ensure you have a full backup of your website before making any changes.
