Problem: The client is trying to add a new local URL for development and wants to know how to unregister a site URL from their WPML account, especially since the previous developer's local install is no longer working and cannot be accessed to unregister from there.
Solution: 1. We recommend visiting https://wpml.org/account/sites/ to remove any site that is no longer in use. 2. After removal, the existing credits should automatically return to the client's WPML.org account, allowing them to generate new WPML keys. 3. If the client has access to the WordPress backend, they can navigate to Plugins > Add New > Commercial and unregister WPML from the old key. 4. Subsequently, the client can create a new key and re-register WPML with that new key.
