how to create a account ? I didn’t find it
You need to buy WPML and your WPML account will be created automatically.
Is the translation word quota letters or words?
We use the term “translation credits”. 1 word = 2 credits if you use DeepL or Google Translate. 1 word – 1 credit is you use the Microsoft translation engines. Details: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-pricing/
Can it be used with flatsome theme woocommerce?
Hello,
yes, WPML can be used with the Flatsome theme. There are two knowns issues, please check this page:

And here’s the documentation page:

May I ask, I purchased a $99 package with one account, and it’s been used on the website for a year. The plugin is about to expire soon, and I can’t find the previous account password. I want to register a new account to purchase the plugin.
Will the information set in the previous website still be there, and will it affect the display content in the previous webpage?
Hello,
yes, you can buy WPML with a new email. If your existing site is registered (which you can check by going to your WordPress site, Plugins > Add new > Commercial tab) you will need to unregister it and register again with the WPML account. Everything else will work without any changes. You can also send us the URL of your website and we will check in our system if this site is still registered and if it is, what WPML account and waht email address was used. Then you can reset your password. Both options are possible. If you keep your old account you will be able to renew it with 25% dicount (you pay around $75). If you buy anew, you need to pay the full price ($99)
I bought WPML, if I want to use the Automatic Translation, I still buy another credits , is it right
When you buy WPML, you will get 90 000 translation credits for free. You need to pay extra only if you need more credits. For example, if your site has a lot of languages and a lot of content. You can read more about additional credits here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-pricing/
I bought the WPML account already, if I use the Automatic Translation, did I still pay
When you start installing and configuring WPML, WPML will ask you to register your site. You will be able to assign some of the 90 000 credits you have to your site. For example, you can add 60 000 credits. Maybe the credits will suffice. Please don’t add too many languages. We recommend adding one or two languages at first. Translate your site and if you still have translation credits you can add the other languages later.
automatic translation, did I have to pay credits if I use more than 2000 credits
Hello Chris,
If you buy a CMS subscription, it includes 90,000 credits. If you buy an Agency subscription, 180,000. If you need more than this, you will have to pay for the credits, yes.

1. Do you have the dropdown menu to select the languages? Does this dropdown menu customizable?
2. Can I add the dropdown menu mentioned above as a shortcode and put them in the menu (Main Menu>Appearance>Menu) and into the Elementor shortcode widget?
3. Are these translated links all indexable?
4. Can I switch the translation from Gtranslate to WPML in a seamless way? As Google already indexes some of my pages, and I don’t want to damage the SEO performance
5. Do you integrate with the FOX Currency Switcher?
I really appreciate any help you can provide.
1. Yes, WPML provides you a dropdown language switcher which you can customize if needed:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/language-switcher-options/custom-language-switcher/

3. Yes, all your pages should be indexable.

hi,
Not know which package suits my condition
I already have 3 language translated contents,so need auto translate, and want to add them to my website, if could show url as xxx.com/fr/xxxproduct, and per product will add different video
Hello,
to translate WooCommerce Product you have to buy the Multilingual CMS package. WPML supports both automatic translations and manual translations. Yes, the following format: xxx.com/fr/xxxproduct is supported but actually it looks like this: xxx.com/fr/produit/name-of-the-product-in-french or xxx.com/es/producto/name-of-the-product-in-spanish etc I don’t know how you are adding different videos (is this an Elementor site and use use a special widget for adding video?) but providing different videos should be possible too.
thx, and for plugin, do I need install a plugin many times in different language web? like elementor
Hello,
you install the WPML plugin on your site only once and then you add other languages. Each language will get its own prefix in the URL. Please check the WPML showcase if you want to see some examples of websites created with WPML: https://wpml.org/showcase/ If you have translations available for some of your pages that you want to add to your site, you will be able to copy-paste them into your WPML site. You can use automatic translations too. To use automatic translations you need translation credits. You will receive 90 000 translation credits when buying WPM. This number of credits will allows you to translate 45 000 words. If you have more content to translate you will need to buy some extra credits. The details are here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-pricing/

If I purchase a multilingual CMS and I need to add several new website languages in the future, can I upgrade to a multilingual agent?
Hello, yes, you can upgrade to the Agency type of account and you will pay only the difference.
Hello, my website needs 5 languages (English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian), which version of WPML is suitable?
The Multilingual CMS package will be a good fit in this case.
I just made an order, but I didn’t receive your email from my email. The credit card number I paid for is: [sensitive data, edited]
Hello,
I can see that your WPML account uses the correct email now (starting with 66) and I think someone else from our company must have helped you with this issue. Please let me know if you still need help. If you need to reset your password, please use this link: https://wpml.org/account/lost-my-password/
I want to use my own deepl api to translate themes and plugins, how can I do it?
Hello,
You cannot use your own DeepL API with WPML. WPML uses its own DeepL API. You will receive 90 000 translation credits in the package when buying the Multilingual CMS package and this number of credit allows you to translate 45 000 words with DeepL. If you need more credits, here are your options: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-pricing/
I want to purchase the plan for 99 euros per year and manually translate myself. Can I choose to translate the website pages into other languages myself? If the website cannot be opened after translation, can you provide technical support?
There are a total of 90,000 translation points. Can I check how many points are remaining? Will there be a notification when they are nearly used up? Will the system automatically charge if the translation points are exhausted?
The plan includes 3 production websites. Does this mean I can use this translation software for our three different official websites? How many languages can be set up in total?
Thank you so much.
Hello,
1. Yes, you can choose to translate the pages yourself.
2. Yes, we can help you with technical issues caused by WPML. Use our support form, we provide live chat or you can post a regular ticket.
3. Yes, you can check. Yesterday I recorded a video for another client, please check it. It’s for Japanese translation but you will see how to check the translation credits: https://www.loom.com/share/fda33eb3a2224e51bc2126bad080d176?sid=ac21e3e4-d7bf-46aa-8442-4bff4efa85ff
4. Yes, you can use the CMS plan for 3 production/official websites and in addition for 9 testing websites.
5. You can add as many languages as you want but you might not have enough translation credits to translate to many languages so we recommend starting with a few languages (2-3).
Hi, Is it possible to define different language meta description and keywords for each different language product in this version of Multilingual CMS plugin for wordpress woocommerce? because we want to get the best SEO of our online shop. Thanks
I replied to this question already, let me say again, yes, it’s possible. Please check which SEO plugins we support: https://wpml.org/plugin-functionality/seo/
1. If I run out of translation credits, can I set it to stop the automatic deduction? Can I re-purchase translation credits and translate again?
2. How are translation credits charged.
3. How to set up manual translation in the beginning.
Thank you very much.
Hello
1. You asked: If I run out of translation credits, can I set it to stop the automatic deduction? Can I re-purchase translation credits and translate again?
If you run out of credits, translation will stop until the account/site has more credits purchased/assigned. When more credits are available, automatic translation will continue where it left off.
If you are not using automatic translation, the current translation that is in-process will not have access to the automatic translation for that job until more credits are assigned/purchased. This means the auto-translation icon will be greyed out and not be able to be selected within the editor.
2. You asked: How are translation credits charged.
Please read about it here (especially the FAQs) : https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-pricing/
3. You asked: How to set up manual translation in the beginning.
When you run the installation wizard, choose the mode that is “Translate What You choose” instead of “Translate Everything Automatically”. Then follow the the instructions here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translate-pages-in-wordpress-with-wpml/
In step 4, choose to translate yourself. Afterwards, you can choose to translate the content using the WPML Advanced Translation Editor or the WPML Editor to create your translations.
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-content-created-using-gutenberg-editor/
I hope this answers your questions
I only have one site at the moment, does the Multilingual Blog €39 version support WooCommerce?
Hello
No. For WPML to be able to translate your products and product meta data (prices, stock, payment terms…etc) you will need to install the bridge plugin: Woocommerce Multilingual (WCML) and also WPML String Tranlsation.
More here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-multilingual/
I hope this answers your question
