Thanks for your reply Prosenjit. For now I will remove the articles section from the English homepage. I ask you for your opinion on another problem: inside the wpml plugin folders there are large files (app.js). I attach screenshots. It's normal? Or is there a way to fix the problem? Thanks again

Hello,

I hope you're doing well.

I understand your concerns regarding the large app.js file within the WPML plugin directories and appreciate the opportunity to assist you.

It's common for plugins, especially those as feature-rich as WPML, to include large JavaScript files. These files are essential for providing the functionalities that WPML offers, such as language switching, string translation, and more. However, we constantly strive to optimize our plugin to ensure it has minimal impact on your site's performance.

To reduce the file size, you can use an optimization plugin such as "WP Rocket" or "W3 Total Cache" and minify the scripts. Minification is a process that reduces the file size by removing unnecessary characters without changing its functionality. Most caching and optimization plugins offer this feature.

I hope you can understand. If you have any more questions or need additional explanation, don't hesitate to ask. I'm here to assist you.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
