Today, we released Contact Form 7 Multilingual 1.3.2, resolving a breaking compatibility issue between Contact Form 7 version 6.0 and WPML.
The 6.0 version of Contact Form 7 is a major update released a few weeks ago. It introduced a revamped contact form editor screen and updated the tag-generator popups. While these changes were a significant step forward, they unintentionally affected how WPML and Contact Form 7 worked together.
Specifically, activating the Contact Form 7 Multilingual plugin caused the contact form edit screen layout to break, making it impossible to edit forms. Contact Form 7 Multilingual 1.3.2 resolves this issue so you can edit your forms without any problems.
Additionally, this update includes behind-the-scenes improvements to ensure your contact forms continue working smoothly with the upcoming release of WPML 4.7.
Update to Contact Form 7 Multilingual 1.3.2
We’ve made Contact Form 7 Multilingual 1.3.2 available to all sites. You can:
- Download it directly from the WPML Downloads page
- Update it via your site’s admin by going to Plugins → Add New, then clicking the Commercial tab
