Overview of the issue
When you set a link on a Divi 5 Section, Row, Column or Button, the link field is not available in our Advanced Translation Editor – ATE, so you cannot provide a custom translation for it. Internal links are auto-converted, but it is not the case for custom links.
Workaround
WPML 4.9 will include official support for translating Section, Row, Column and Button links.
