WPML

Overview of the Issue

When translated media is used in a page or post created with Elementor, and with Advanced Translation Editor (ATE), the original language version of the media is displayed on the translated page or post

This issue does not happen when using WPML’s Classic Translation Editor (CTE) or translating content using WordPress’ or Elementor’s Editors.

Workaround

This issue is fixed in WPML Multilingual CMS 4.4.0. Updating solves it on your site, so you only need this workaround if you can’t update yet.

Our developers are working on a fix for this bug. In the meantime, you need to re-upload the media again in WPMLMedia Translation every time you update the original page using Elementor.
