[Cerrado] Automatic credits assigned on WPML.org not appearing in Wordpress

Background of the issue:
I want to share automatic translation credits between my development site (staging.amend.org) and my production site (amend.org). I have registered both sites on my WPML account and assigned credits to each.

Symptoms:
In WordPress, both sites have no automatic translation credits available. I have tried unregistering and reregistering both sites with their corresponding site key. I have also gone to the 'Translation Tools' tab in the Translation Dashboard, but cannot link the sites there as neither are recognized as having an Automatic Translation account.

Questions:
Why are the automatic translation credits not appearing in WordPress for both sites?
How can I link my development and production sites to share automatic translation credits?
