[Resuelto] Automatic Translation Issue

Background of the issue:
I am trying to use the automatic translation feature on my site enlace oculto. I have set this website to a pay-as-you-go plan.

Symptoms:
The auto translation keeps loading and nothing happens. Eventually, it shows 'Out of credit fix now!' even though I am on a pay-as-you-go plan.

Questions:
Why is the auto translation not completing?
Why am I seeing an 'Out of credit' message despite being on a pay-as-you-go plan?
