[Cerrado] Backend loads buggy when using Advanced translation editor

Background of the issue:
I am trying to use the Advanced Translation Editor in WPML, but when it is active, the backend pages load slowly. This issue occurs on all my websites, including those using Elementor, Helo Elementor theme, wpbakery, and betheme. I don't experience this problem with the classic editor active.

Symptoms:
When the Advanced Translation Editor is active, the backend pages load slowly. For example, when I go to /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page, everything except the language tabs is missing initially. The page continues to load for a few seconds before the language tabs appear. This delay is consistent across the entire backend and also occurs when editing posts, where some elements load a few seconds later.

Questions:
Is this a known issue?
