[Cerrado] Block translation - Links that are only attributes are not translated

Background of the issue:
Hello,
I'm trying to make the kubio blocks translatable. But we encountered an error. The links do not show up for translation. We configured the wpml-config.xml for our kubio/link button to know that the link attribute is translatable. But it still not visible in the translation. If you search for "HTTP" in the translation wizard it will show up but we want to show up by default like it does for the WordPress core/button link.

The difference between our link button and the core button is that we don't save the HTML for the link. We create the HTML dynamically from PHP, in the database you only see the attribute.
