[Cerrado] Cart and Checkout pages not working in default language but fine in others

Background of the issue:
I am trying to access the cart page in Catalan, which is the website's default language. I can access it in English, Spanish, and French, but not in Catalan, even though the page exists. The issue can be seen at: enlace oculto. I expected to see the cart page, like here in English: enlace oculto.

Symptoms:
I get the message: 'This page isn’t working enlace oculto redirected you too many times. Try deleting your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS'.

Questions:
Why is the cart page not accessible in the default language Catalan?
How can I resolve the ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error?
