Creating detached clones of pages with translations

I want to clone that specific page/post in a specific region/language to keep the style and layout consistent, then override it with new content and publish. The issue can be seen at: enlace oculto. Symptoms: Instead of just the UK and Ireland cloned page/post, I got the UKI & Ireland page and post in draft mode, along with the translations from that clone also created in draft mode, which I don't want. Questions: How can I clone a page/post with translations without creating drafts of the translations? Are there specific settings I need to adjust to prevent translations from being cloned?

Background of the issue:

Symptoms:
