Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that the carousel of products on the home page of the Greek version of my site, enlace oculto, is correctly translated to English on the English version of the home page, enlace oculto. I have updated everything to the latest versions, including Elementor, WPML, theme, and PHP.
Symptoms:
On the English home page, the carousel of products is still displayed in Greek, even though everything else is correctly in English. In the Elementor backend, the carousel appears in English, but on the front end, it remains in Greek.
