Paolo Sax	Background of the issue: I was trying to deregister and register again WPML in a local dev installation because it keeps generating syntax errors in the WordPress REST API. However, when accessing the Plugin -> Commercial tab, I encountered an error. I expected to see the link to unregister the plugin. Background of the issue:
I was trying to deregister and register again WPML in a local dev installation because it keeps generating syntax errors in the WordPress REST API. However, when accessing the Plugin -> Commercial tab, I encountered an error. I expected to see the link to unregister the plugin.
