Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the header and footer menu on my site using WPML. The site I need help with is enlace oculto.

Symptoms:
I can't manage to translate the header and footer menu on my site. Everything else worked perfectly, but the top and bottom navigation menus won't translate, and I can't get the language switcher button to show up in the header.
