Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development, and I accidentally removed the link between the primary English page and the secondary Chinese language page. I want to relink these two pages so that the Chinese page is a copy of the English page again.

Symptoms:
The link between the primary English page and the secondary Chinese language page was removed.
