Background of the issue:
I was trying to update the Google Tag Manager Package of my Borlabs Cookie Plugin, which is GDPR related. The update is not working because of the issue: "Entry with key google-tag-manager of model BorlabsCookieModelServiceGroupServiceGroupModel not found for language es." I had some languages tested (including Spanish) but deleted all of the tested languages (only German and English are active).
Symptoms:
