[Cerrado] Migrating old languages and then removing them and their content

Background of the issue:
I can't seem to get my WPML configured properly. Here is a video: enlace oculto. I need to remove English (OLD) code:en and French (OLD) code:fr. So I only need English (US) code:en-us, French (Canada) code:fr-ca, and English (Canada):en-ca. All English (OLD) needs to be English (US). All French (OLD) needs to be French (Canada).

Symptoms:
When I try to delete the content of the language, it takes all the images out of my website and removes everything because the original en was the base.

Questions:
How can I move all en to en-us and all fr to fr-ca before removing the old languages?
