Background of the issue:
I am trying to access my translation credits in the Advanced Translation Editor for my site enlace oculto. I have confirmed with sales that I have 74,000 credits available.

Symptoms:
My credits are showing as zero in the Advanced Translation Editor, and I receive a message to update WPML when I try to get more credits, despite being on the latest version 4.7.1.

Questions:
Why are my credits showing as zero in the Advanced Translation Editor?
Why am I being prompted to update WPML when I am already on the latest version 4.7.1?
