Thank you for contacting WPML support team,
To answer your questions, we need to note that the translation and the original are two separate posts/pages with their own publishing dates, so if you are referring to the WordPress publishing date of your post, you need to do it separately on each language. There is no automatic way to synchronize it.
For your status, you can synchronize the posts status from WPML > Settings > Translated documents options and select this option : lien caché
For terms, are you referring to the tags and categories? if so, you can synchronize those from WPML > Support > Troubleshooting > on the Taxonomies synchronization option, select the post type you want to sync its terms and click synchronize.
For everything else, new content will not be translated/added to other language unless you have automatic translation - translate everything mode activated.
