[Resuelto] Translate words "Sort by" and "Default Order"

Hello, I am not able to translate into Spanish and German the words "Sort by" and "Default Order" that you can see on this page for example:

I have looked in String Translation, tried also the option to scan the plugins and theme and translate textx in admin screens but without success.
