This website is already online for several years with wpml and the classic translation editor. The website was recently rebuild on a copy of the original site with just the source language. The site was pushed online yesterday, after which I activated wpml again, but now with the advanced translation editor and PTC. Since then, it's extremely slow. When I go to the translation dashboard it takes a very long time to load all items. When I look at the servers resource usage, it hits the max of the DB Input/Output Usage a lot. It wasn't like that with the previous website. Nothing has been changed on the server itself.
- Could it be there is a lot classic translations left overs in the database from the previous website version?
- Is there a way to check and cleanup?
- other possibilities?
