[Resuelto] WP Menu Synd

I am not able to separately manage the menus for each language.

we have 10 languages and 8 menu locations.

What i have done already:
Greated a new menu for German (f.e.) and assigned it ot the location.
Now Austria/German is using the same menu.

I need all the menus to be independent for each language - for legal issues etc.
