[Resuelto] Translating pages to newly added custom language

When I try to run automatic translation on the previously removed language translation doesn't start.
I checked for files in /wp-content/languages and/wp-content/languages/plugins.

Here is the name of the language:
en-nl
en_NL
en-nl

Any ideas?
