[Resuelto] the client cannot further edit certain translated pages with Elementor.

We are a translation service listed on WPML and are localising a website for a client. The website is built with Elementor. Some translations were returned to the site but the client cannot further edit certain translated pages with Elementor. It only happens on a couple occasions and only for 1 language (website is translated into 3). I have checked similar threads on the forum and try the fixes but no luck. Can you assist?
