I have a translated my website in Italian and French.
Now the Ahrefs site audit reports the issue "Missing reciprocal hreflang (no return-tag)".

Solution: perhaps this documentation can help explain reciprocal hreflang:

As you can see in their examples, there would be a missing return. But if you view your page source for each language, there are non missing. So I think you need to contact your SEO audit to find out what they think is missing.
