[Resuelto] Unable to parse data from service response

Hello, I have a staging site here enlace oculto
and I correctly generated a wpml key, but when I add it in the backend in Commercial, I get this message "Unable to parse data from service response"

Solution: this most often happens if there is a Firewall on your site or server blocks access to essential endpoints.
