WPResidence package not translated

First: the package in the WPResidence theme was not translated automatically so, it's being shown only on the Default language. I tried to create three packages in different languages but it didn't work as I expected. I want the same package translated into the secondary languages. The second problem is: if I create a property in a secondary language the page is not translated to the other languages. The theme support said that it's related to which items should be translatable. But I forgot where I find this panel to edit it. Could you please remind me?
