[Cerrado] Frontend shows the wrong translation

I have an incredible problem, I don’t really know what to do anymore, so I’m contacting you again after I used the automatic translator.
I used all sorts of options that came to mind to correct the situation, but the situation is not corrected. Now I will describe it to you.

The fact is that after automatic translation of the text has occurred, part of the text in the automatic translation system is shown correctly, but on the site it is displayed incorrectly.

Done First, I translated the entire site through automatic translation and then I needed to edit the name of the products so that some of them remained in the original language since there are a lot of them, around 500 pieces, it was a long job.

I made changes in the names of translations through this program>

If I go through it, I see that the lines are translated and everything looks correct, but on the site it is displayed in Russian and not in English as I needed.
