It works on the staging: enlace oculto. Symptoms: The WPML editing icons and language links are invisible on the main site but visible on the staging copy. Questions: How do I reset the plugin so that icons and links re-appear?

Background of the issue:
I am trying to make the WPML editing icons (plus, pen, etc) visible. They are currently invisible, but I can still click on their location to access the editor.
