Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve an urgent issue with the WPML Advanced Translation Editor on my website: enlace oculto. My WPML account is registered and active, and I expected to see 16 pending translation review jobs listed in the Translation Queue. The Advanced Translation Editor should show the corresponding jobs created automatically from the French source content.
Symptoms:
The Translation Queue is completely empty, and no translation jobs appear. The ATE Error Log continuously shows 'Api error missing resource: No sitekey found for this website' with status 400. WPML indicates that Translate Everything Automatically is enabled and has completed translations, but no jobs are visible or accessible. Troubleshooting actions like clearing cache, syncing jobs with ATE, and resending jobs did not resolve the issue.
Questions:
Why does ATE say there are 16 pending jobs, but WordPress shows an empty Translation Queue?
Is my ATE sitekey corrupted or desynchronized?
Can you sync/reset the sitekey from your side?
How can I re-link my website to the correct ATE translation memory?
How can I restore the missing translation jobs so I can review them?
Is the automatic translation service properly connected?
