You seem to have reported two issues in this ticket. Let me address one by one below.
1. Ninja Form fields are not showing in the translation editor: The WPML configuration for the form fields might not have been added properly, which is why the fields are not showing in the editor. This often happens if the form was sent for translation before installing the Ninja Forms Multilingual plugin. Please try the following steps:
- Please open the default form in the Form editor.
- Make any small change to the title or anywhere of the form and save the changes. - Now, send the page for translation again(documentation).
- Try to add the translation.
This way, the WPML configuration will be loaded for the fields and will likely resolve the issue you encountered.
2. 'Unable to load translation jobs' error: This error usually occurs if the translation jobs aren't synchronized. Please try the following steps and then check again.
- Please go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting
- Click on the following buttons:
-- Clear the cache in WPML
-- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
-- Synchronize local job ids with ATE jobs
-- Synchronize translators and translation managers with ATE
-- Assign translation status to duplicated content
-- Set language information
-- Fix post type assignment for translations
- Clear the caches from your site and browser
