Background of the issue:
I am using auto-translation on the website lien caché. Previously, it worked fine. I assigned 15,000 credits for translation 3 days ago.

Symptoms:
The website is still asking to add credit despite assigning 15,000 credits 3 days ago. It asked for 9,544 credits for translating one page.

Questions:
Why is the website still asking for credits despite assigning 15,000 credits 3 days ago?
