Automatic translation credits - can't move back to my WPML account

Emma Hewson	I have just gone live on a site and it has about 100000 credits still on there. I want to move those credits back to my WPML account but when I click on 'Buy and assign credits' on the translations dashboard it takes me to my account to a page that says "There are no websites registered on your account" which isn't the case. I have multiple sites and a number of them use automatic translation. I would like to move all those credits back to my WPML account so I can use them on other sites.
