Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the cookies notice on my website. We edited the cookies file to make the notice look good. The issue can be seen on this page: lien caché.

Symptoms:
I expected to see the string translation appearing, but instead, I got nothing.

Questions:
Why is the cookies notice translation not appearing?
How can I ensure the string translation appears correctly?

I reached theme maker. Their reply was reaching WPML as the file I edited myself of the cookies notice.
