Header Menu anchor link is not working after editing header

Enis	Background of the issue: I am trying to make a small change in the header of the main template. My menu link in the Ukrainian language header does not work even though the URL seems correct. The issue can be seen on this page: lien caché. Symptoms: I expect to see the page scroll down to the anchor I added as #contact for the Contact (Контакти) when I click on the header menu Contact (Контакти), but nothing happens. Questions: Why does the anchor link in the Ukrainian language header not work after editing the header? How can I fix the issue where the page does not scroll to the anchor when clicking the menu link?
