Background of the issue:
I have updated and modified all my Italian products, which is the main language. Some years ago, our employee translated the website to English and German manually, as ATE wasn't available. I need to update translations for these products.
Symptoms:
I want to save all manual translations and avoid redoing the translation work for every product, especially since some have been deeply edited.
Questions:
Do I need to manually update the translations for all other languages after combining products in Italian?
Is there a way to use ATE to keep existing translations while using Italian as the base for automatic translation, preserving manual edits?
