The Dutch version was updated two weeks ago, but the English version remains outdated. Symptoms: The English version of the webpage is different from the updated Dutch version. Background of the issue:
I am trying to update the English version of the 'our companies' page on my website lien caché. The Dutch version was updated two weeks ago, but the English version remains outdated.

Symptoms:
The English version of the webpage is different from the updated Dutch version. I cannot translate it, and the design is also very old.

Questions:
Why is the English version of the page not updating with the new translation and design?
How can I translate and update the design of the English page using WPML?
