Background of the issue:
When I first installed your plugin, it didn't work with the "same fields across languages" option. I spoke to one of your support team and they came back saying that I would have to use the 'Expert' mode and manually select ACF components to 'translate' or 'Copy' each field group within ACF to get it to work.
This worked and got most of the site working.
The headings are correctly set for 'Copy' or 'Translate' as some pages have worked perfectly. However other pages have not, and have missed translating bits completely as if on that page it can't read the exact same component content as it did on a different page, even though I have done the translate in the same way.
For example: lien caché
Was copied over from the English version: lien caché
You can see some of the headings have translated and not the content (look at the first image and it's content under it). This has been the case on some other pages too where it has failed to translate.
However on other pages that are built in the same way, using the same ACF components, it has picked up on that content of the ACF fields, even though they are written in the same way, using the same components.
For example: lien caché
Was copied over from the English version: lien caché
On this page, if you look at the 1st image and it's content under it, you can see both have translated fine.
The problem is that when running the translate option it seems to want to work on some pages and not on others, when they are built in the same way using the same ACF fields.
Symptoms:
Some pages have not translated correctly and some have. They are built using the same methods and ACF components, but your plugin seems to be able to translate one occasion and then not on another occasions
Questions:
Why does the translation work on some pages but not others when using the same ACF components?
The problem is that when running the translate option it seems to want to work on some pages and not on others, when they are built in the same way using the same ACF fields. Is this a bug with your plugin? Is there a way that I can get it to work correctly each time I run a translation?
Please help as I am loosing time, money, and the trust of the Broadbent team with your plugin not being fit for purpose and buggy.
