I have 2 main problem with WPML
1 - Often, it's create redirection for nothing. I just modify a product (no slug edit), and it create redirection that sometimes are infinite..
It's a nightmare. Sometimes, just update of a plugin, or small modification create redirection for nothing.
2 - Source language is French and I only did modification when my wpadmin is in French mode. But in product variation, I have choice beteen variation in German (no french)
The urgent problem is about the product :Guide de voyage Explore Kirghizistan ID : 11091
I can't add language variation for this book.
It's empty.
First I saw language variation in german (instead of my source language French).
I deleted the new created language variation in German.
Now there is nothing to add language variation to this book only.
I try all recommandation by your IA. Not working.

lien caché is the original language, correct?
But if I open lien caché or lien caché, I see the same.
All are available, but despite that I get "Veuillez sélectionner une variation achetable pour Guide de voyage Explore Kirghizistan avant d’ajouter ce produit au panier.", even in default language.
Can you provide me a bit more information on what I should be checking at?
I was able to fix the language variation of the book (I had to put it in simple product, save, and then put variable product and add again language variation with french and english).
Let's work on the second problem : redirection
It has a link with product category. As you can see in my screenshot, the slug is not correct : it should be /boutique/guide-aventure-road-book/explore-kirghizistan-livre/
instead of :
boutique/overland-adventure-off-road-book/explore-kirghizistan-livre/
overland-adventure-off-road-book is slug translation in english for guide-aventure-road-book (category : Guide d'aventure - Road-Book)
Sometimes when I edit the product, slug is correct /boutique/guide-aventure-road-book/explore-kirghizistan-livre/ but sometimes is with the english product category (as screenshot).
After that, my plugin RankMath is automticaly write redirection that are sometimes infinite (redirect boutique/overland-adventure-off-road-book/explore-kirghizistan-livre/ to /boutique/guide-aventure-road-book/explore-kirghizistan-livre/)

From my quick tests, when I open lien caché
the product loads correctly and the URL appears to be handled properly. And within Taxonomy translation, I can see that the slug is "guide-aventure-road-book".
I thoufht it was fixed but no..
Today I get a new rediretion

to lien caché
on this link, I don't knwow why wpml is putting my english category to my french product linked to french category
overland-adventure-off-road-book -> english translated category for guide-aventure-road-book (french)
It's create duplicate redirection and so infinite redirection..
I delete again the redirection and works. But it's realy a big problem because wpml create/modify to a wrong url (with english category instead french) and create wrong redirection

It's a nightmare. I got today again new redirection (I didn't work on the website...).

In this example, I never asked to translated again URL of both link.

Because the redirect appears randomly and without manual changes, it’s difficult for me to identify the source. When it reappeared, did any automatic action occur around that time (for example a customer order, stock/status update, scheduled task, or overnight process), even if no one logged into the site?
THere were manual change on the french page (but no modificaiton of the url slug).
Why WPML is translating already manualy translated url ?
How to desactivate URL translation of WPML ?

At this stage we need to identify what is modifying the URLs, because WPML does not create redirects without a trigger.
Please temporarily disable the WPML SEO plugin, clear all caches, and monitor the site for 24 hours.
Please also install https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/ and enable logging for posts, taxonomies, WooCommerce products, plugins, and system/cron events.
When the redirect appears again, check the log and share the exact entry and timestamp.
Even if no one is logged in, redirects can be created by cron jobs, SEO plugins, redirection plugins, or WooCommerce background processes.
Please temporarily disable WPML SEO and any redirection plugin to confirm the source.
