Background of the issue:
I'm trying to translate 2 specific strings from the checkout page on my site lien caché. I translated them but they don't appear, so either the right terms don't appear in the back end or the right ones are translated and they don't show up on the front end.

Symptoms:
Strings aren't showing up in string translation management, advanced translation editor, or when selecting text for translations.

What can we do next?
