Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the Flatsome top bar contact field with contact e-mail on my site lien caché. I have been using WPML and following the online manual and help documentation.

Symptoms:
The contact field is not appearing in the string translation section, and it remains in Danish on the two sub-sites .es and .nu.

In .dk it is and should be = kundeservice@trendin.dk
In .es it is the same, but shoud be = info@trendin.es
In .nu it is the same, but shoud be = info@trendin.nu

Questions:
How can I translate the Flatsome top bar contact field with contact e-mail using WPML?
