Background of the issue:
I want to operate my WordPress dashboard in English and have Greek as the website's primary language.

Symptoms:
It seems that I can't have both the WordPress dashboard in English and the website in Greek.

Questions:
How can I set my WordPress dashboard to English while keeping the website's primary language as Greek?
