Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that emails from WPML, specifically from noreply@wpml.org, are sent to sales@biopapa.lt instead of info@zaliuomene.lt. The email address was changed on May 6th, but an invoice email was still sent to the old address on June 3, 2025.
Symptoms:
Despite changing the email address, an invoice email from WPML was sent to the old email address, info@zaliuomene.lt.
Questions:
Why did the invoice email from WPML go to the old email address after it was changed?
How can I ensure that future emails from WPML are sent to the correct email address, sales@biopapa.lt?
