The client is experiencing an issue where the system creates a new product instead of recognizing existing records when trying to import product translations using WP All Export and Import for WooCommerce.

Automatic translation problem

Problem:
You are trying to launch automatic translations from the WPML panel, but some pages are not translating correctly. Instead of the actual texts, Lorem Ipsum appears in the translations when using Elementor.
Solution:

2. Cancel the translation job for the affected page.

Problem with credits assignment with a license key converted from development to production

Problem:
The client is trying to assign translation credits to their production website (novatek.it) but encounters an issue because the credits are still assigned to an old development domain (novatek.happybrain.dev) which no longer exists.
Solution:
1. Log in to your WPML.org account and navigate to the Sites page.
2. Delete the site key for novatek.happybrain.dev by clicking the trash icon, which will return the assigned credits to your WPML.org account. For more details, visit this documentation.
3. Log in to your Novatek.it site, go to the Dashboard >> Plugins >> Add new >> Commercial tab and click the Unregister WPML from this site link if it exists.
4. Click the Register WPML link.
5. Click the Get a key for this site link, generate the key, and assign the credits using that popup.
6. Copy the key, paste it into the input box, and press the Register button.
