[Risolto] Adding privacy policy to differnt languages

Background of the issue:
I am trying to add a privacy policy to different languages on my site link nascosto. I followed the instructions listed in the following link but still the privacy policy links are not visible. The privacy policy links are not visible for the Arabic and Catalan languages.

Questions:
Why are the privacy policy links not visible for the Arabic and Catalan languages after following the instructions?
